The Energy Reset Retreat is a restorative three-day coastal break designed to gently reset body and mind through movement, nourishment, fresh air and rest.
This weekend retreat blends seasonal cooking, breathwork, movement sessions, yoga, SUP and time outdoors — all set against the dramatic beauty of Freshwater Bay.

The Energy Reset Retreat brings together carefully considered moments that allow you to reconnect with your body and return home feeling lighter, clearer and ready for the season ahead.
Nourishment
Each morning begins with The Hydration Tonic, from Elixir Freshly Frozen. A refreshing blend of apple, pineapple, lime, mint, celery, romaine lettuce, coconut water and cucumber — designed to gently replenish and reawaken. Not a cleanse. Not restrictive. Just the good stuff.
Throughout the retreat, your breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in The Rock. You can expect seasonal, nourishing dishes and plenty of fresh Isle of Wight produce.
Movement & Air
Wellbeing begins with breath and movement.
Included in your stay:
- Evening wind-down yoga (Jenny Stewart)
A yoga flow designed to help guests let go of the day and any travel stress. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages deep relaxation and an extended sense of calm.
- Beach breathwork & guided sea dip (Connor Grant)
This session will be drawing inspiration from the dramatic scenery of Freshwater bay as we transition from holotropic breathing at the rocky shore to the calmer inlets through deep belly breathing.
Session attendees will also have the opportunity to do a guided cold water immersion dip in the sea with Connor, where you will be focusing on breath control.
- Strengthen + Flo (Jenny Stewart & Evelyn Joyce)
A dynamic class combining strength training and yoga. You’ll begin with a warm-up yoga flow, move into a strength session, and finish with a cooling yoga stretch and a well-deserved savasana, all set to an energising playlist. Expect a session that balances both disciplines for a full holistic experience.

Arrival from 11am
Hydration Tonic on arrival
12 noon – 2pm: Lunch at The Rock
2pm: Rest – unwind – explore West Wight
5-6pm: Wind-down yoga session with Jenny Stewart
7pm: Evening dinner at The Rock
Saturday
Anytime between 7am – 10am: Breakfast & Hydration Tonic
10am: Beach breathwork & optional guided sea dip with Connor Grant
12 noon – 2pm: Lunch at The Rock
3pm: Afternoon SUP coastal experience
7pm: Evening dinner at The Rock
Sunday
Anytime between 7am – 10am: Breakfast & Hydration Tonic
9-10.30: Strength & Flo session with Jenny Stewart & Evelyn Joyce
